Conveyor Systems

Conveyor systems are the backbone of material handling in manufacturing, mining, food processing, and distribution facilities. Custom-fabricated conveyors are designed and built to handle specific materials, capacities, inclines, and environmental conditions that standard catalog equipment cannot address. Fabricated conveyor components include structural frames, drive and tail sections, transition chutes, hoppers, skirtboards, idler supports, walkways, and access platforms. Belt conveyors, screw conveyors, drag chain conveyors, and bucket elevators each require different structural and mechanical fabrication approaches. When specifying conveyor fabrication, provide the material characteristics (bulk density, particle size, abrasiveness, moisture), required capacity, conveyor length and elevation change, and operating environment.
